Puzzle Theory is a small independent team. We read every message and usually reply within two working days.
If you're reporting a puzzle bug, the fastest fix comes from specifics: which game, which difficulty, and roughly when you played it. That's usually enough to trace the exact seed and check whether the generator produced something unfair — several real bugs have been found and fixed this way, often the same day.
A puzzle looks wrong
If a daily puzzle seems unsolvable or a valid word is rejected, tell us the game and the date and we will check the generator for that seed.
