Using the site
Puzzle Theory is free to use for personal, non-commercial play. You may not scrape puzzle data in bulk, automate solving in a way that pollutes the leaderboard, resell access, or attempt to interfere with the service or other players' results.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email address secure. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the leaderboard, harass other players, or breach these terms.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Introductory pricing applies only to the first billing period stated at checkout, after which the standard rate applies. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice, and a change never applies retroactively to a period already paid.
Puzzles and content
The games, puzzle generators, written guides and branding on this site belong to Puzzle Theory. You are welcome to share your results and to link to any page. Republishing our articles or puzzle content in full requires written permission. Game names used for comparison belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only; Puzzle Theory is not affiliated with them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep the daily puzzle published on time and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect loss arising from downtime, a faulty puzzle or lost local progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
