Recall — Today's Daily Puzzle
Watch closely. Remember exactly.
Recall is a free daily memory game: a pattern of tiles flashes across a grid, one at a time, and you repeat it back in the exact same order. Get it right and the sequence grows by one tile for the next round — get it wrong and the round ends, with your score being how far you got. It's a straightforward test of short-term visual memory, over almost as soon as it starts. Free, no signup, one new sequence every day at 00:00 UTC, with unlimited practice in between.

Open a hint only when you are stuck — they are ordered from gentlest to most direct, and none of them give the answer away.
Hint 1: Chunk the pattern instead of memorising single tiles
Grouping the sequence into pairs or shapes — 'top-left then centre', 'a diagonal line' — is far easier to hold in working memory than tracking individual flashes one by one.
Hint 2: Say the positions in your head as they flash
Silently narrating each tile as it lights up ('corner, middle, corner') adds a verbal memory trace alongside the visual one, so you have two ways to recall the sequence instead of one.
Hint 3: Don't rush your taps
There's no time pressure once input opens — a wrong tap from hurrying costs you the whole round, while a half-second pause to double-check costs nothing.
We never publish the solution here — the daily board is shared by every player worldwide.
How today's puzzle works
- 1Press Start. Tiles on the grid light up one at a time — that's the pattern for this round.
- 2Once the pattern finishes, tap the tiles back in the exact same order.
- 3Get every tile right and the pattern grows by one tile for the next round.
- 4One wrong tap ends the round. Your score is how many rounds you cleared.
- 5The daily sequence resets at 00:00 UTC and is the same for every player.
